Classic Sourdough Loaf
Our signature naturally leavened sourdough, slowly fermented for a crisp, caramelized crust, tender crumb, and the deep flavor that only comes with time. Made simply with flour, water, salt, and sourdough starter.
Blueberry Streusel Muffin
A soft, buttery muffin filled with blueberries and finished with a generous vanilla bean streusel. Baked until golden with a tender crumb, it's just as welcome with your morning coffee as it is for an afternoon treat.
Carrot Cake Cupcakes - Box of Four
Tender carrot cake made with freshly grated carrots from the garden, warm spices, toasted pecans, and raisins, finished with a generous swirl of cream cheese frosting. Sold in a box of four.
Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, pillowy rolls made with naturally leavened sourdough, swirled with buttery brown sugar and cinnamon, then finished with a generous layer of vanilla bean frosting.

Behind Bircher Lane
It started with something worth sharing.
Bircher Lane grew from a simple love of making good food for other people. What began with loaves and baked goods shared with friends and neighbors slowly became something more—a neighborhood bakery built around the joy of making something by hand and sending it home to someone else's table.
Today, everything is still made in small batches from our home in Kansas City, with the same idea at heart: really good bread, something sweet, and a little more pleasure in the everyday.
